Ratatouille Pizza Recipe

Ratatouille Pizza Recipe
- Time: 20 minutes
- Yield: 4–6 mini pizzas
Ingredients
- 1 Once Upon a Farm Ratatouille Plant-Rich Meal
- Flatbread rounds (these were used), or the crust of your choice
- Pizza Sauce
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Optional for topping: ricotta, basil and black pepper
Directions
- Cook meal according to package directions. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 375ºF for toaster oven, or 400ºF for traditional oven
- Assemble pizzas: Spread out pizza crust rounds on a medium nonstick baking sheet. Add about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce to each crust (more or less, depending on the size of your crusts). Sprinkle on mozzarella cheese and spoon on Ratatouille meal. Cover with a little more mozzarella if you’d like.
- Bake pizzas for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is lightly browned.
- Finish pizzas with a little dollop of ricotta, fresh basil and a dash of black pepper. Enjoy!
