Cassandra launches the first cold pressed HPP baby food on the market with 10 products. Debuts at farmers markets in San Diego, Jimbos, local delivery to parents' doorsteps using a refrigerated van, and a direct-to-consumer website.

Cassandra partners with Ari Raz, an East Coast entrepreneur also making cold-proccessed baby food and delivering to homes. Ari and Cassandra rebrand to Once Upon a Farm, and legendary CPG leader John Foraker becomes an early investor in the brand.

O’Farm becomes the first baby brand to be Clean Label Project awarded, showcasing leadership when it comes to heavy metal testing and self-regulation.
