Chocolate-Covered Frozen Milkshake Bites Recipe

 

Bite-sized sweet treats, coming right up! Our creamy and delicious A2/A2 Whole Milk Shakes are taken up a notch when combined with milk chocolate. Slice, melt, squeeze, freeze, and enjoy!

Chocolate-Covered Frozen Milkshake Bites

Yield: 16 bites

Time: 4 hours 30 minutes

Optional: 1 tsp. coconut oil

Directions

  1. Prepare fruit: Slice bananas and strawberries into small coins: 8 banana slices and 8 round strawberry slices. Tip: make slices small enough to fit into bottom of mini muffin tray.
  2. Melt chocolate: Add chocolate bar pieces to a small saucepan over low heat; melt chocolate, stirring until smooth. If you find the chocolate is too thick, feel free to add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and stir in once the chocolate is melted.
  3. In a silicone mini muffin tray, add 1 slice of fruit to bottom of cavity. For banana flavor, add Banana Créme A2/A2 Milk Shake pouch until the banana is fully covered. For strawberry flavor, add Strawberry Créme A2/A2 Milk Shake pouch until the strawberry is fully covered.
  4. Immediately cover with melted chocolate (about 1 teaspoon) and transfer pan to freezer. Freeze for at least 3 hours, preferably 4 hours.
  5. Allow frozen bites to sit out at room temperature for 10 minutes before enjoying.
  6. Optional: drizzle frozen bites with more melted chocolate.
