Blueberry Yogurt Pops Recipe

Yield: 4 pops
Time: 4 hours

Ingredients

Optional: banana slices & fresh blueberries

Equipment

  • Ice pop molds and sticks

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine yogurt with ½ pouch of Blueberry, Banana & Ginger Immunity Blend; set aside.
  2. In the ice pop mold, add 1 banana slice in middle and 1 blueberry on each side of banana.
  3. Add about 2 tablespoons of yogurt to each mold and insert popsicle stick.
  4. Optional: add drops of pouch to top of yogurt and swirl gently with toothpick.
  5. Place popsicle mold in freezer and freeze for 4 hours (a minimum of 3 hours).
  6. Remove tray from freezer and gently remove popsicle from molds. Enjoy!

Notes:

  • Feel free to double recipe and use 1 whole pouch mixed with 1 cup yogurt, and evenly distribute mixture between popsicle molds if you have larger molds.
  • The amount of yogurt-pouch mixture in each mold will vary depending on what kind of popsicle mold you are using.
  • Adding the banana slices and blueberries is optional. If using a mold that sits top down, you could add a little yogurt in first, fruit in middle and finish with yogurt, then insert sticks before placing in the freezer.
  • Let molds sit at room temperature for 5 minutes if the pops are not releasing.
