Apple Oat Bar Sundae Recipe
Our new Soft-Baked Bars are so good that kids already think they're cookies! And they just so happen to pair perfectly with a scoop of ice cream for an extra special treat. Simply warm up your favorite flavor and serve it with some vanilla ice cream (or non-dairy alternative).

Apple & Oat Soft-Baked Bar Sundaes
Time: ~10 minutes
Ingredients
- Once Upon a Farm Apple & Oat Soft-Baked Bars
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 medium apple
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon each: nutmeg & ginger
- Ice cream of choice
Directions
- Cook Apples: Add butter, apples and spices to a medium skillet over medium heat. Cook apples until just soft, about 8-10 minutes.
- Heat Soft-Baked Bar: Place Soft-Baked Bars on plate and warm for 15–20 seconds in the microwave. To heat in the toaster oven, place bars on baking sheet and heat for 2–3 minutes, or until warmed through.
- Serve: Place warmed bars on a heat-proof plate then top with ice cream and warm spiced apples. Enjoy!
