SIMPLE STOVETOP (RECOMMENDED)

1. Empty contents into a pan and add 1/3 cup of water.
2. Cover and cook over medium heat and bring to a boil. Stir, separate any clumps, and re-cover.
3. Simmer an additional 4 minutes or more, until desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. If necessary, add additional water, bring back to boil.
4. Remove from heat and allow to sit covered for 2 minutes.

EASY MICROWAVE

1. Empty contents into a microwave-safe bowl and add 1/4 cup of water. Stir.
2. Cover and cook on high for 3 minutes. Stop and stir. Cook for an additional 1 minute.*
3. Allow to sit covered for 2 minutes.
4. Microwave ovens vary in power. Adjustments in cooking time may be needed.

If serving as a finger food, cut larger pieces of fruits and veggies into bite size (1/4 inch) pieces. Always supervise when feeding. Take caution when removing the cover as steam will be hot.

KEEP FROZEN, DO NOT THAW PRIOR TO COOKING. COOK THOROUGHLY TO A TEMPERATURE OF 165 F. FOLLOW COOKING INSTRUCTIONS.
