"I am 68 yrs. Young and ate the frozen organic sweet potatoes, red bell pepper and black bean vegetables mix. I spiced it up, added the water and it was a great soup for this cold weather. It was on sale in the Super 1 grocery store. They marked it down to get rid of them, so I bought it. I love it. Hope I can find more locally!! Great product!!"

Once Upon a Farm Coconut Melts are recommended for toddlers ages 1–3 years. We base age recommendations on the complexity of the ingredients, flavors, and textures. Both types of melts have a soft, slightly crunchy, freeze-dried texture that softens and melts easily on the tongue. Babies can also use their jaw to “chew” this product—even if they don’t have teeth yet.

The shelf life on our pantry snacks is 10 months from the date they are made. When shipping online, our pantry snack shipments have a minimum 45-day expiration date.

Fruit & Veggie Puffs are best enjoyed within 5 days of opening, Coconut Melts and Smoothie Melts are best enjoyed within 7 days of opening, and our individually wrapped toddler and kids’ soft-baked bars are best enjoyed the same day.
