From breastmilk and bottle feeding to baby's first bites and beyond, we go through a lot of different stages in our children's feeding journeys. And, as parents or caregivers, we're going to have a lot of questions.
When should we introduce solids? Should we start with purées or baby-led weaning? How can I make sure my child is getting what they need at any given stage or age?
Here to help us all navigate these feeding stages is Nicole Lattanzio, RD, CSP, IBCL. Nicole's role within the O'Farm community includes helping us understand and educate on the nutritional and developmental needs of babies and kids and more.
