Looking to modify or cancel your Once Upon a Farm subscription? Here's how.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

If your email is not recognized when logging in, try the following steps:

Look for a Verification Email

  • Check your inbox for an email titled "Verify your Email & Activate Account"
  • This would have been sent at the time of your initial subscription

Use a One-Time Code

  • Some platforms like Shop Pay use a 6-digit code sent to your email
  • Enter the code to log in

Still having trouble?

  • Request an account activation link or a password reset.

How to Manage Your Online Customer Portal

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in at www.onceuponafarmorganics.com (Click the person icon in the top-right corner, inside a circle)
  2. Click Manage My Subscriptions
  3. Your active subscription(s) will appear
  4. Click Manage on the subscription you want to: Edit, Modify, or Cancel

Subscription Management Options

Build Your Bundle - Edit Items

  • Click Edit
  • Use + / – to add or remove blends
  • Scroll horizontally using the bottom bar
  • The total item count is visible in the bottom-right corner

"Edit" button allows you to change the pouch, bar, or meal flavors in your box

 

Skip Next Order

  • Skips your upcoming charge
  • Will move to the next scheduled date
  • Undo to restore the original charge date

Order Now

  • Triggers a new charge today
  • Only click once to avoid multiple charges
  • Email confirmation may be delayed
  • Set your Next Charge Date far enough in the future to avoid another auto-charge

Cancel Subscription

  • Cancels all future orders
  • Charges occur just after midnight Pacific Time on the charge date
  • Cancelling does NOT affect already charged orders
  • Select a cancelation reason to complete

Next Order - Edit or Skip

  • Edit: Choose a new date from the calendar
  • Skip: Skip your next scheduled charge

Frequency - Edit

  • Adjust charge frequency (every 1–5 weeks)
  • This does not change your next charge date
  • To delay an order, change the Next Order Date

Shipment Info - Edit

  • Update your shipping address
  • Choose a saved address or enter a new one
  • No shipping to PO Boxes, Alaska, or Hawaii

Payment Method - Edit

  • Click Add New Card to enter a new credit card
  • Click Edit to update the current one

Discount Code - Add

  • Enter your promo or loyalty discount code
  • Only 1 code can be applied per order
  • Click the “X” to remove it

Pause Subscription

  • Temporarily stop your subscription
  • No need to rebuild your box when reactivated
  • More flexible than canceling
