Mealtime can be a source of stress for babies/kids and parents/caregivers. On top of what to feed them and when, a ton of questions can come up along the way—including ones that you never thought to prepare for. What happens if my child is a picky eater? What foods are choking hazards? What if my child has issues with chewing or swallowing? How do I teach self-feeding?

For these questions and more, we're grateful for feeding specialists like Melanie Potock, MA, CCC-SLP.

Melanie's role within the O'Farm community includes helping us understand babies' and kids' unique needs at various ages and stages, plus how to handle feeding challenges when they arise.
