"From beginning to end, I don’t know where to begin all of these products. I’ve gone through these stages with my daughter and I’m excited to continue using them going through her toddler years and up. She’s definitely a picky eater and the fact that there’s not one product from once upon a farm that she refuse is amazing. She’s definitely getting a well balanced fruit and veggie snack and a nice little quick meal on the go. There are a broad-spectrum of products. Did I mention they are all natural product. ! There are no artificial flavors, colors, sugars, juice concentrates, rice, soy or corn by base product it’s just all natural straight from the vine, even have no toxins or heavy metals."

What is the recommended age for pantry snacks?
Our Fruit & Veggie Puffs are intended for ages 10+ months. Babies should be able to crawl with the tummy off the ground, pick up food with the thumb and forefinger (pincer grasp), and be able to use their jaw to “chew” food between their gums.
Our Coconut Melts, Smoothie Melts, Tractor Wheels, and Smart Wheels are intended for ages 12+ months. Babies and toddlers should be able to do all of the above, plus stand up without support.
To enjoy Tractor Wheels and Smart Wheels, toddlers should also have their back teeth to help them chew.
Our Soft-Baked Bars and Power Wheels are larger and heartier. They are each intended for kids ages 4+ years.
Ultimately, with all of our snacks, it is up to you and your pediatrician to determine what is the best food to feed your child and when.
What is the texture of Fruit & Veggie Puffs, and does my baby need teeth to eat them?
The puffs are light, airy, and crunchy—but they don’t stay crunchy for long! They are fast-dissolving for easy self-feeding practice, and they can be enjoyed even if your infant doesn’t have teeth yet. Bonus: the perfectly sized star-shaped pieces make them easy to pick up, helping little ones work on their pincer grasp.
What is the texture of Coconut Melts & Smoothie Melts, and does my baby need teeth to eat them?
Both types of melts have a soft, slightly crunchy, freeze-dried texture that softens and melts easily on the tongue. Babies can also use their jaw to “chew” this product—even if they don’t have teeth yet.
What is the texture of Tractor Wheels and Smart Wheels, and does my toddler need teeth to eat them?
Our organic toddler soft-baked bars are soft, dense, and chewy. They’re moist enough to hold their fun shape and break apart easily, instead of turning into a crumbly mess. While the bars are gentle on little gums, toddlers should enjoy Tractor Wheels and Smart Wheels once they have back teeth to help them chew.
Are pantry snacks shelf-stable, and what is the typical shelf life from production?
The shelf life on our pantry snacks is 10 months from the date they are made. When shipping online, our pantry snack shipments have a minimum 45-day expiration date.
How long are pantry snacks good for after opening?
Fruit & Veggie Puffs are best enjoyed within 5 days of opening, Coconut Melts and Smoothie Melts are best enjoyed within 7 days of opening, and our individually wrapped toddler and kids’ soft-baked bars are best enjoyed the same day.
