Yes, they should be stored in the fridge for the best taste and texture. However, they can be taken on the go (stored outside the fridge) for up to one week.
We use gluten-free oats in all of our bars. However, the bars are not certified gluten-free.
Our Refrigerated Oat Bars do not contain any dairy ingredients.
