Can I cancel anytime?

Can I mix refrigerated pouches, bars, frozen meals, and pantry snacks into one subscription?
Build a Box lets you mix and match refrigerated pouches, refrigerated oat bars, and frozen meals, and swap them before every order to keep trying new things. Pantry snacks are not part of Build a Box yet, but you can add them as their own subscription.
How does it ship, and will it arrive frozen/cold?
Everything ships in insulated packaging built to keep your order cold in transit—refrigerated pouches and oat bars travel with ice packs, and frozen meals travel with dry ice. In a mixed box, your pouches may arrive frozen from the dry ice; just move pouches to the fridge and meals to the freezer, and your pouches will thaw and stay good through their Enjoy By date. If anything ever arrives warm or thawed, we'll make it right.
Are there ongoing discounts for subscribers?
Yes. Every subscription order earns you 4% back in credit toward future purchases—4x the 1% one-time buyers get—plus ongoing rewards like free products, free shipping, exclusive discounts, and more.
How do I skip or change an order?
Easily, anytime before your cutoff. Log in to your account—just enter your email and we'll send you a secure sign-in link, no password needed—then select Manage My Subscription. From there you can skip an order, swap products, change your delivery frequency, or update your next charge date. Just make your changes by 11:59 p.m. PST the day before your charge date, and they'll apply to that order; after that, they'll apply to your next one.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $7.99 per Build a Box order. That covers the insulated packaging with ice packs or dry ice that keeps your food cold and safe—and it's the same rate whether you order a little or a lot. Plus, subscribers earn rewards on every order, including free shipping from time to time.
Pantry snacks ship for a flat $3.99 and travel separately from refrigerated and frozen orders. If you have both in your cart at checkout, you'll only pay one shipping charge.
