Blueberry Mango Sorbet Recipe
Frozen mango chunks—and a little bit of patience—transform our Mama Blueberry Fruit & Veggie Blend into a delicious, no sugar added‡ dessert. Just blend, freeze, and enjoy!
Blueberry Mango Sorbet
- Time: 4 hours
- Yield: 2–4 servings
Ingredients
- 2 Once Upon a Farm Mama Blueberry pouches
- 12 ounces frozen mango chunks (about 2.5 cups)
Special Equipment
- Food processor
Directions
- Add frozen mango chunks and Once Upon a Farm pouches to the bowl of a food processor, fitted with the S-blade attachment. Process until mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and cover. Freeze for 3–4 hours, then allow the container to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before scooping. You can also enjoy immediately for a smoothie bowl-like texture.
