Peach Sunrise Sorbet Pops Recipe

Peach Sunrise Sorbet Pops
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Freeze Time: 4 hours
- Total Time: 4 hours, 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 Once Upon a Farm Peach Sunrise Dairy-Free Smoothie
- 2 cups frozen peach slices
- 4–6 tablespoons cold coconut milk
Special Equipment
- Food processor
- Ice pop molds
Directions
- Add frozen sliced peaches, Peach Sunrise Dairy-Free Smoothie pouch, and 3 tablespoons of milk, to start.
- Begin processing, scraping down the sides of the bowl or cup as necessary. Add more coconut milk 1 tablespoon at a time until the mixture is thick and smooth.
- Carefully spoon sorbet mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 4 hours.
- Remove from freezer and gently remove pops from molds. Enjoy!
Notes:
- Yield will vary depending on the type of molds used. Small ice pop molds may yield about 10 pops for this recipe.

For a slightly sweeter treat, you can use 1 cup frozen sliced peaches with 1 cup frozen chopped pineapple.
