Peach Sunrise Sorbet Pops Recipe

Peach Sunrise Sorbet Pops

  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Freeze Time: 4 hours
  • Total Time: 4 hours, 5 minutes

Ingredients

Special Equipment

  • Food processor
  • Ice pop molds

Directions

  1. Add frozen sliced peaches, Peach Sunrise Dairy-Free Smoothie pouch, and 3 tablespoons of milk, to start.
  2. Begin processing, scraping down the sides of the bowl or cup as necessary. Add more coconut milk 1 tablespoon at a time until the mixture is thick and smooth. 
  3. Carefully spoon sorbet mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 4 hours.
  4. Remove from freezer and gently remove pops from molds. Enjoy!

Notes:

  • Yield will vary depending on the type of molds used. Small ice pop molds may yield about 10 pops for this recipe.
  • For a slightly sweeter treat, you can use 1 cup frozen sliced peaches with 1 cup frozen chopped pineapple.
