Belly Blends PB&J Pops
- Yield: 4 pops
Ingredients
- 1 Once Upon a Farm Red Berries, Cherries & Sweet Potato Belly Blend
1 Once Upon a Farm Banana Berry & Acai Belly Blend - ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt or Skyr (sub plant-based alternative as needed)
- 2 teaspoons nut or seed butter (peanut butter, sunflower seed butter, almond butter, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon milk of choice
Directions
- Gather all of your ingredients and ice pop mold/sticks.
- In a small bowl, combine yogurt with nut butter (or seed butter) and milk.
- Add 1 tablespoon of the first flavor of Belly Blend pouch to the bottom of the ice pop mold. Add 1 tablespoon of the yogurt mixture and then 1 tablespoon of the second flavor of the Belly Blend pouch. Repeat this process with the rest of the popsicle molds. If there’s room, top off the popsicle molds with any remaining pouch. Freeze for 4 hours.
- Let pops sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes before releasing.
Note: The number of pops will vary depending on the type of mold used. We used this one for 4 small pops. Feel free to double the recipe if you have larger molds.
