  1. Lynn

The old recipe was definitely better! Seems like a lot of people feel that way and maybe the revised recipe should be reconsidered….

  2. Christy

I agree with the others. My granddaughter loved these before you changed the formula. She is underweight and needs as many calories as I can get in her. Not happy about the drop,in calories and the substitution of lemon juice!

    • Once Upon a Farm

Thank you for your feedback. The addition of cold-pressed lemon juice is to improve flavor. As far as the calories changing, the new recipe is different but we have also moved to the standardized USDA nutritional values which are based on standardized numbers for certain ingredients and can impact the overall rounding and final numbers.

  3. Sarah

Why oh why did you guys change the formula??!! It used to be 120 calories and 6 grams of fat, and my son loved them. Now you’ve lessened both the calories and fat and my son is not a fan!! Please go back to the previous recipe!!

    • Once Upon a Farm

Hi there! We recently changed up this blend by removing acacia fiber and quinoa, and adding organic cold-pressed lemon juice. We’re so sorry to hear your little one isn’t enjoying it! These changes were made to improve the flavor and texture of the blend.

  4. Sam

My daughter hates them! She says this one tastes like chocolate. It’s got a really grainy texture for me. I want her to love them because the contents is so good for her, any tips?

    • Once Upon a Farm

Thank you for your feedback and we’re sorry to hear she didn’t enjoy it! We’re always looking to improve our recipes to make sure your little one is getting the best product available and have recently changed up this blend by removing acacia fiber and quinoa, and adding organic cold-pressed lemon juice for improved flavor and texture!

  5. paige young

My 4 year old son is the pickiest eater, but he loves these smoothies. He has one every morning for breakfast!

    • We are so happy to hear your son is loving our smoothies! Now that’s a way to start the day!
