4 Yummy Recipes Using Our Organic Mango Purées

Ripe, juicy, sweet mango—one of our summertime (and all-time) faves. 🥭 We love how well this fruit lends itself to drinks, desserts, and even as a complement to savory or spicy dishes.
Below, discover four easy recipes using our organic, cold-pressed mango purées as the base. No peeling/chopping necessary—just 100% ready-to-use mango goodness.
1. Sweet & Spicy Mango Ice Pops
Ingredients
- 2 Once Upon a Farm Mango Fruit Blends
- Chamoy hot sauce
- Tajin seasoning (optional)
Directions
- Squeeze your O’Farm pouches into ice pop molds, filling almost all the way
- Top with desired amount of chamoy + Tajin or other chili lime seasoning (optional)
- Freeze for 3–4 hours & enjoy!
2. Mango Mimosa
Ingredients
- 1 Once Upon a Farm Mango Fruit Blend
- 2 oz. orange juice
- 3 oz. Prosecco (or sparkling water for a non-alcoholic version)
Directions
- Shake to combine mango purée + orange juice
- Pour into a glass and top with Prosecco or sparkling water
3. Mango Lassi
Ingredients
- 2 Once Upon a Farm Mango Fruit Blends
- 1 cup of yogurt or non-dairy alternative
- A few ice cubes (optional)
- Cardamom to taste
- Honey or sugar to taste (optional)
Directions
- Blend all ingredients together, adding ice cubes as needed for desired consistency
- Pour into a glass & top with a dash of cardamom
4. No-Bake Mini Mango Cheesecakes
Ingredients
- 2 Once Upon a Farm Mango Fruit Blends
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. gelatin powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 6 mini graham cracker pie crusts
- Fresh mango chunks (optional)
Directions
- Combine gelatin and sugar in a heat-safe bowl or measuring cup. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved.
- Using a food processor or mixer, combine cream cheese, mango purée, and vanilla extract
- Gradually mix/pulse in heavy cream
- Gradually mix/pulse in sugar/gelatin mixture
- Pour into graham cracker molds and let set in the refrigerator overnight
- Top with fresh mango chunks (optional) & enjoy
