Everything You Need to Know About Your O'Farm Subscription

 

Thanks for subscribing! We hope we’ve already started to make snack and meal time easier for you and your family. Keep reading to learn more about what to expect with future orders, how to swap blends or meals, change your address, and more.

How To Manage Your Subscription:

We’ve outlined some frequently asked questions to help you navigate your subscription. 

How do I access my subscription portal? 
Firsts things first, you won't be able to access your subscription without activating your account. Your account is automatically created with your email on your first order — all you have to do is set it up. To activate it, click here. Already set it up? Log in here

How do I adjust blends and meals for future orders?
Log in to your account, click ‘Manage My Subscriptions’, select the active subscription you’d like to adjust and click ‘Edit’. Update your blends or meals by scrolling to the ‘Product’ section and clicking on the green circle. Before adding new blends or meals, you’ll need to remove some of the existing products currently in your box to account for the additional items. Adjust quantities using the - and + buttons.

How do I change the frequency of my subscription?
Log in to your account, click ‘Manage My Subscriptions’, select the active subscription you’d like to adjust and click ‘Edit’. Update ‘Delivery Schedule’ by clicking on the green circle. We currently offer 1 week, 2 week, 3 week, 4 week, and 5 week options.

How do I process my next shipment early?
Log in to your account, click ‘Manage My Subscriptions’, select the active subscription you’d like to adjust and click ‘Edit’. Change your ‘Next Charge Date’ by clicking on the green circle. Select ‘Charge Now’ below the calendar if you’d like to process your order immediately. If you’d like to move it sooner, but not immediately, select a date that works for you and click ‘Update Next Charge Date.’

How do I delay my next shipment?
Log in to your account, click ‘Manage My Subscriptions’, select the active subscription you’d like to adjust and click ‘Edit’. Change your ‘Next Charge Date’ by clicking on the green circle. Select a date that works for you and click ‘Update Next Charge Date.’ Given that we normally ship on Mondays-Wednesdays, it is best to select one of these days for your charge date so it can be prioritized for delivery in the week you’re placing your order.

How do I skip a subscription order?
Log in to your account, click ‘Manage My Subscriptions’, select the active subscription you’d like to skip and click ‘Edit’. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘Skip Shipment’.

How do I change my address so I can receive the order at a different location?
Log in to your account, click ‘Manage My Subscriptions’, select the active subscription you’d like to receive at a new address, scroll down to your current address and click the green circle to edit. The ‘Edit Shipping Address’ screen will pop up and you can type in your new address. Please note all future orders will go to this new address until you change it again.

How can I cancel my subscription?
Log in to your account, click ‘Manage My Subscriptions’, select the active subscription you’d like to cancel and click ‘Edit’. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘Cancel Subscription’.

I signed up for a single flavor 24-pack blends subscription, how do I switch pouch flavors?
If you signed up for a single flavor 24-pack, you will not be able to adjust pouch flavors. If you’d like the ability to customize your selection and try new blends with every subscription order, you will need to cancel your existing subscription and sign up for a custom subscription here.

How can I reactivate a subscription I cancelled?
Log in to your account, click ‘Manage My Subscriptions’, find the subscription you’d like to reactivate and click ‘Re-Activate’.

Easily customize your box.

You’ll receive an upcoming charge notification when your next order is preparing to ship. At this time, you’ll have two days to log in to your account to manage all the relevant details of your recurring order, including updating blends or meals, changing your address, or skipping your delivery.

We ship it to you.

We normally ship orders on Mondays—Wednesdays with standard 2-day delivery. Given the chilled and flash frozen nature of our products, we take great care to preserve quality. This means your order can take 3-9 days from the charge date to arrive. Rest assured, it will only be in transit for 2 days at the most.

You call the shots.

Just like you can adjust your box, you can also customize your delivery frequency, move up charge dates, skip orders, or cancel any time— it’s up to you.
