Welcome to the wonderful world of pouch cap crafts and activities! While our pouches (caps included!) are recyclable through our partnership with TerraCycle, you can choose to up-cycle our caps to continue the good times!
First, enjoy a few of our delicious organic, cold-pressed blends! (We all know this is the best part. 😊)
Second, once your little one (or you… no shame!) finishes up a few of their favorite blends, the caps can be used in so many fun ways. We’ve listed out a few of our favorites – so start creating!
Draw a rainbow with markers or paint then simply match the correct color cap like our friend, @everydaywithindie
One of our brand ambassadors, Lindsey from @sweatlikeamom, created a Pouch Cap Trap to help develop her little one’s hand eye coordination. It’s fun to work on together with your kiddos, and you can adjust the difficulty to fit their needs!
Another great hack by Lindsey: semi-freeze your caps into a small bowl of water and task your tot with breaking apart all of the caps – it will keep kiddos busy for hours of tool time fun!
Looking for a new bath time activity? Try out Lindsey’s Gone Fishing idea to incorporate tactile skills, color recognition, and fun all in one!
Afraid of creepy crawlies? No need to fear here! Create your own small spider friends with just a few caps, pipe cleaners, and googly eyes.
Craft a colorful gift for someone special in your life! Glue your favorite colored caps to a wooden frame in a fun pattern, and don’t forget to include a photo!
Everyone needs a little bit of flower power, right? Go crazy with color combinations and create a garden that even a non-green thumb can care for. 😊
Keep your kiddos occupied with a fun holiday craft while re-using what you’ve already got at home! Try out our fun DIY play dough activity tree – you can make the dough yourself with common kitchen ingredients. Finish up by decorating with pouch cap “ornaments” for a colorful tree sure to dazzle your little ones, even those sporting their best Grinch attitudes.
Snack & craft before you gobble your Thanksgiving feast. Our Turkey Puppets can be created with just: wooden sticks, a hot glue gun, feathers, pipe cleaners and googly eyes.
Countdown to Thanksgiving with this colorful and fun craft. You’ll need, construction paper or foam, feathers, a clean jar with a lid, two pipe cleaners, a glue gun and Once Upon a Farm caps.
Change the “tires” on these DIY fruit carts. 🍓🌈A rainbow tire shop is a fun way to upcycle your rinsed pouches and caps!
You’ll need pouch caps and spouts, a piece of cardboard, gold ribbon and a glue gun.⠀
Make a DIY kid-friendly Kinara by gluing wooden dowels, wrapped in colored paper to a wooden board. At the top of each dowel, glue a spout from a Once Upon a Farm pouch. Twist a yellow Once Upon a Farm cap onto the spout to “light” a candle each day of the celebration. Tap the link in bio for more cap craft ideas.
