Mommy & Me Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

It’s fall on the farm! We’ve blended up an extra special mommy + me treat today using OhMyMega Veggie. OhMyMega Veggie is a delicious combination of organic: apples, carrots, beets, ginger and flaxseed. Although it’s great on its own, we love to use this blend in smoothies too!

Mommy + Me Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

  • 2 pouches of Once Upon a Farm OhMyMega Veggie
  • 1/2 cup organic pumpkin
  • 1  1/2 cups organic almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 banana
  • 2 dates
  • 2  1/2 teaspoons oats
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 dash pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1/2 cup ice


  1. Add all of the ingredients to your blender (add the ice last).
  2. Blend for 1 minute, pour into cups and enjoy! Makes 3 cups.
