Once Upon a Farm is seeking a passionate Graphic Designer to create performance-driven, extraordinary marketing assets and packaging design updates. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating, and updating packaging, print and digital assets. This in-house designer must have experience and a full understanding of how to collaborate with external agencies, marketing, sales and operations departments. You are a passionate creative who is adaptable, flexible and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates are extremely detail-oriented, organized, collaborative and willing to pitch in on various projects and tasks.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Design and develop digital and print assets for various Once Upon a Farm channels. This includes web assets/ pages, emails, digital banners, social/shareable assets, printed assets, mailers, presentation decks, logos/lockups, page layout, etc. always keeping designs on brand and elevated.
  • Partner with creative team members and internal stakeholders to understand and deliver on business objectives and effectively turn around projects based on feedback.
  • Translate creative briefs to develop sales support materials i.e., coupons, sell-sheets, shopper marketing materials.
  • Understand and apply brand guidelines across all assets
  • Supporting DTC design and acquisition collateral – digital display and social ads.
  • Ability to move from design to production-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors to deliver press-ready/digital ready files seamlessly.
  • Work closely with Social Media Manager and be capable of developing social media content (infographics, memes, campaign executions)
  • Streamline processes to increase productivity and accuracy of execution.
  • Communicate with the marketing team and cross-functional to stakeholders on projects to offer as much transparency and collaboration as possible.
  • Work on multiple projects at once, and consistently meet draft deadlines
  • Organize and maintain all assets.
  • Packaging Design changes/updates when needed – Packaging production and mechanicals experience preferred.

Requirements:

  • BA in Graphic Design or related field of study preferred.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge and understanding of modern design principles.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment where each team member chips in on a variety of tasks

Inventory Accounting Clerk


Title: Inventory Accounting Clerk

Reports to: Inventory Analyst

Class: Exempt

Location: Emeryville – Currently Accepting Bay Area Applicants Only

Position Summary:

Entry level opportunity in Inventory Management in Supply Chain of a rapidly growing company in the Bay Area with opportunity for advancement. Requirements for this position are college coursework in accounting and/or business management, a good work ethic and strong desire to succeed, attention to detail, initiative, and demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

The Inventory Clerk reports to the Inventory Analyst and is accountable for control of raw materials required for production and finished goods inventory across warehouses ensuring inventory accuracy within Sage X3. This includes all raw material, packaging and finished goods movements to and from Suppliers, Warehouses and Co-packers. This position will also back up the Inventory Analyst as needed on the validating/posting consumption of components needed to produce/assemble Finished Product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post transfers, shipments, receipts, and adjustments in Sage X3 ERP System
  • Maintain inventory accuracy at manufacturers and third-party warehouses.
  • Complete month end reconciliation of inventory within timelines.
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies within Sage X3 and the 3PL website.
  • Ability to work remotely with little to no supervision while performing duties
  • Special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • College coursework in Supply Chain, Operations Management or Logistics field preferred. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or any other relevant degree a plus
  • 1+ years in an analytical role within a supply chain setting or internship experience
  • Ability to work cross functionally among teams and allocate resources
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, specifically in a supply chain environment
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills coupled with the ability to lead a team on multiple projects
  • Sage X3 or ERP experience a plus

    Since having my first child at 49, I have been stunned at the amount of additives in kids food and drink. When my daughter was a few months old, she had some congestion issues and the doctor recommended Pedialyte and I was shocked to see that there was artificial sweeteners in it!! A quick Google search revealed that coconut water is suitable alternative.

    After close to 10 years running retail stores for Habitat for Humanity, I am looking to cahnge careers and thought, “Wouldn’t it be great to work for a company that provides healthy, additive free food for kids?!” It can’t be an easy task to keep the food simple and still scalable.

    I am a passionate problem solver and would love to help with all that someday….think East Coast Team!! 🙂

    I’m the mother to 5 boys who eat, eat, and eat some more. Our youngest being 13 months. I’m a twin mom, military wife, and work in the media industry. This product is not only important, but it’s incredibly necessary. What our children eat has such a dramatic effect on their every day life. It affects their mood, energy, growth, and attention span. Bravo to this team!!!! I would love to see this marketed in a “real people” campaign.

    I am a great fan of “fresh” and farms. And Jen, love watching your cooking videos.💕 However, I have a friend with 3 young daughters that brought me to your products. They range in age from 9 months to 6 years, your perfect range. After reading and sharing Once Upon A Farm’s goodness to her kids, it led me to the other end of the spectrum.
    My Mother is in a memory care facility and good, tasting, healthy food like this would be a nice change for some of them. Trust me, when we get to that point, I’ll be bringing it in for her.
    This is a happy, appealing, family company and I love everything about it.

    I am a huge fan of what your company stands for, as well as the wholesome products you have available. As many have already said, it would be wonderful if you ventured into marketing and additional products for adults, too. After several years of chronic health issues for my kids and me, we are starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Food is medicine. I was so happy to see Jennifer promote Once Upon a Farm on the Drew Barrymore show. So many adults are unaware of what is in food. It has motivated me to create a blog and IG page to shed light on all the people and companies who are trying to change the status quo. I’m not seeking a job…at least not right now. But I would love for you to follow me in 2021. The Label Free Me blog and IG page. I hope to collaborate with you one day!
