Healthy Back to School Wrap with Tessemae’s!

We’re making back to school just a little sweeter with Tessemae’s organic Honey Poppyseed dressing in this delicious veggie wrap perfect for your kiddo’s lunch box! Add in some crispy beet chips and a cold-pressed smoothie, and you’re good to go!

Honey Poppyseed Veggie Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tsp. Tessemae’s Honey Poppyseed dressing
  • 1 almond flour or coconut cassava tortilla (we prefer Siete!) warmed on the griddle to soften 
  • 2 large leaves of butter lettuce
  • 1/2 small cucumber
  • 2 avocado slices
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Pumpkin seeds

Directions:

  • Slice cucumber into thin spears and toss with Tessemae’s Honey Poppyseed dressing
  • Lay tortilla flat and layer lettuce leaves
  • Top with cucumber, avocado & tomato
  • Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds (may also use hemp, chia seeds or flax seeds)
  • Roll the wrap over the filling, fold in the sides and enjoy!
