Squeeze about 2 tsp worth of Strawberry and Whipped Coconut Milk into each mold.
Top the molds off with the Raspberry Cacao and Whipped Coconut Milk and tap gently to get rid of any air bubbles. Use an offset spatula or spoon to level off the filling and freeze overnight.
Spoon the melted chocolate into a small piping bag or sandwich bag and snip off a small tip. Pipe the chocolate onto the unmolded fudgesicles and enjoy!
For more fun: Sprinkle on crushed freeze-dried raspberries, sprinkles, or cookie crumbs onto the chocolate before it sets for a little extra texture!
