Ingredients for Apple Pie Pancakes:
1 Tbsp. Almond Milk
1 Pouch of Once Upon a Farm Sweet as Apple Pie Organic, Cold-Pressed Applesauce (just apples with cinnamon & dates!)
1 Tsp. Ground Flax
1/4 Cup Oat Flour
1/4 Tsp. Baking Powder
Pinch of Cinnamon
Whisk together all of the ingredients in a bowl.
Lather up a frying pan or griddle with coconut oil and heat to medium high.
Scoop the mixture onto the pan and cook the pancakes for 3 minutes on each side.
Optional: Add coconut cream, sautéed apples and almond butter on top!
