Healthy Apple Pie Pancakes

Fluffy, warm and slightly sweet apple cinnamon pancakes that are as tasty as they are nourishing? Yes, please! If you’re looking for a yummy weekend morning treat that’s quick to whip up, these Apple Pie Pancakes from Leah’s Plate are a must make!

Ingredients for Apple Pie Pancakes:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. Almond Milk
  • 1 Pouch of Once Upon a Farm Sweet as Apple Pie Organic, Cold-Pressed Applesauce (just apples with cinnamon & dates!)
  • 1 Tsp. Ground Flax
  • 1/4 Cup Oat Flour
  • 1/4 Tsp. Baking Powder
  • Pinch of Cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Whisk together all of the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Lather up a frying pan or griddle with coconut oil and heat to medium high.
  3. Scoop the mixture onto the pan and cook the pancakes for 3 minutes on each side.
  4. Optional: Add coconut cream, sautéed apples and almond butter on top!
